Since 1980, Consertherm has provided over 20 rotary kiln combustors up to 75 T/D. Many of the CONSERTHERM waste- to-energy systems have been in operation over 10 years. Recently, we upgraded the pollution controls at two New York State Hospitals. These installations meet the very stringent New York DEP 219-3 standards. Compliance testing include dioxin/furan emisions as well as heavy metals. Two 50 T/D kilns installed at a large General Motors assembly plant have been operated successfully for over ten years.
